Of the many benefits of enrolling in one of our personal or professional programs here in the Glasscock School of Continuing Studies is the opportunity to be a part of the broader Rice community. And each spring, that means taking in some Rice Owls baseball.
Along with blooming flowers and warmer weather, we ring in the new season with the clang of aluminum bats from nearby Reckling Park. Matching the beauty of the rest of the campus, Reckling anchors the south end of Rice and is home to the six time C-USA conference champion Rice Owls baseball team. We encourage all of our Continuing Studies students to take yourself out to the ball game and help be part of conference championship number seven. Let’s do this together.
Pretty cool. Perhaps you can post monthly, other aspects of the broader community our students can take advantage of such as: Fondren Library, Rice Gallery, Media Center, Brochstein Pavilion, Willy’s Statue, the Sallyport, and of course the other athletic teams.
